DISNEY, DUBLIN AND FESTIVAL FUN

As the days get colder and the rain more frequent, I've found myself looking back through photos from the summer. I was lucky to have a very busy few months after finishing my first year of university and had the best time so I thought I'd do a recap of everything I got up to. Festivals I'd never been to a festival before and this year I went to 3! The first was The Isle of Wight Festival which was just amazing and I definitely think it's a festival for everyone to enjoy. We were able to see some amazing artists including Lewis Capaldi, Tom Grennan, The Kooks, Rudimental, Madness, Shaggy and so many more. I did end up burning myself really badly on the first day, despite frequently applying suncream but that was a small price to pay and I've already planned to go again in 2023!  I also went to Boomtown which is a different kind of experience music wise but was so good to spend time with my boyfriend - Ryan and our friends. Also, the sets were incredible, and the eff...

OLD ENGLISH COMPANY COMPETITION!

I've been a fan of Old English Company for ages now, they have some great little bits including prints, homeware and stationery. I often find myself scrolling through their Instagram or Pinterest and mentally create a wishlist in my head of everything I want! I love simplistic designs and they do exactly that, they're definitely somewhere to check out if you want some new bits for your home or some gift ideas!

I'd love to know if anybody already has some bits from Old English Company or if you've been eyeing something up for a while!

Anyway, when they got in touch with me to let me know that they had a competition for their new Enamel Pin range I wanted to let people know! Their collection of pins are so cute and there are some really fun designs. They're a great way to jazz up a jacket, bag, or you can even buy an Enamel Pin Display Flag which I love the idea of!

My favourites are definitely the Pineapple, Monstera Leaf and the Love Heart but you can check out the entire collection here!

Competition Time!

Without further ado, let's get on to the fun part, the actual competition itself is being run until the 30th of May when they'll pick a winner. It gives you the chance to win a set of three really fab pins that are pictured below. I totally relate to the No Sleep Gang one!!

Entering is super simple, all you have to do is send them an email to let them know what your favourite enamel pin is out of the entire collection! For all the details and contact information then head over to their website here!

Good Luck!

1 YEAR OF BLOGGING!

I did it, a whole year of blogging! I'm so glad that I stuck at it because I enjoy it so much and can't believe how much progress I've made with it all. Not only that, but I've connected to so many people all around the world which is just amazing, I can't wait to see what the next year working on my blog brings! Anyway, here is a sum up of my blogging journey so far. What I've achieved - Just over 50 posts which is equal to roughly 1 per week, and I'm definitely pleased with that! I started off slow and could have probably done a lot more but at least I've got something to work towards! - Hit 1.5k+ followers on my blog Twitter account and also had 30.5k impressions in my best month - Reached 200+ followers on my blog Instagram account after starting to properly use it in May - Had 2562 viewers on Pinterest in one day and an average of around 1000 - Over 9000 pageviews, the fact that I'm on the way to 10,000 blows my mind! -...

SUNDAY RESET ROUTINE

I never used to be a fan of Sundays, I just saw it as the end of the weekend and a reminder that the same weekly routine would begin again. Sunday's are often the more chilled day of the weekend and this makes it perfect for a sort of 'reset', and this can mean something different for everyone. You can do this anytime but I think it's natural to be in the mindset of making changes at the start or end of a week/month/year, but do whatever feels good for you! There are so many ways to reset, most of which involve slowing down (both mentally and physically) and focusing on yourself. I know that dedicating a whole day to this is a complete luxury but many of these things can be done in a small window of spare time, or alongside something else.  A vital part of a beneficial reset experience is self-care. There are many different forms of self-care and only you know what is best for you but here are some of my suggestions!  Get outside and going on a walk Have a bath Listen...
