DISNEY, DUBLIN AND FESTIVAL FUN

As the days get colder and the rain more frequent, I've found myself looking back through photos from the summer. I was lucky to have a very busy few months after finishing my first year of university and had the best time so I thought I'd do a recap of everything I got up to. Festivals I'd never been to a festival before and this year I went to 3! The first was The Isle of Wight Festival which was just amazing and I definitely think it's a festival for everyone to enjoy. We were able to see some amazing artists including Lewis Capaldi, Tom Grennan, The Kooks, Rudimental, Madness, Shaggy and so many more. I did end up burning myself really badly on the first day, despite frequently applying suncream but that was a small price to pay and I've already planned to go again in 2023!  I also went to Boomtown which is a different kind of experience music wise but was so good to spend time with my boyfriend - Ryan and our friends. Also, the sets were incredible, and the eff...

APRIL MONTHLY FAVOURITES

I honestly can't believe it is May already! It does not feel like it has been a year since my starting the exam season for my A Levels, good luck to everyone starting any exams by the way! Anyway, April went by pretty quickly and the weather was all over the place, however like always there were definitely some things I enjoyed through the month! Spring Photography - The weather has certainly been all over the place however we had some really lovely days at the end of April and I managed to get out and about to enjoy it! I love taking photos and my hometown has some gorgeous spots so I couldn't resist going on an evening walk, I really hope I can build up a nice collection of photos in the coming months! Fashion - Anyone that knows me will tell you that I have a large collection of striped tops in my wardrobe. At this time of the year when the weather is a bit warmer, a striped t-shirt is a staple for me, they're so simple but can add a bit of interest to a pl...

A QUICK AND EASY CHOCOLATEY TREAT

One of my all time favourite recipes are the simple 'Easter Nests', I've enjoyed making them since I was a child so I thought I'd share my recipe! Just as to begin with, I understand that Easter has already been and gone...but I couldn't resist not posting about the ones I made the other day and you can enjoy them all year round! So why do I like them so much? Well firstly, they're ridiculously easy to make and require only a few ingredients. They are also very adaptable, I used Rice Krispies but Shredded Wheat, Cornflakes and other cereals will work just as well! I obviously put Mini Eggs on the top of mine, however, you could leave them plain or choose a topping of your choice! This recipe is also a great one if your making things with a group of friends, siblings (like me) or especially with younger children as it's simple and fun! I definitely think they're ideal for Easter/Spring birthday parties or if you're just having guests round sin...

THE BRITISH TAG

I think tags are one of the most fun posts to do and to read, they're a bit of a laugh but you can often find a lot about someone's personality through them! I've seen quite a few people do 'The British Tag' so thought that today I'd share my answers! I'm not sure who came up with this originally but credit goes to them for the idea, though I've also added a few of my own questions! 1) How many cups of tea do you have a day? Milk and sugar? I'm not really a big drinker of any sort of beverages, I just always seem to forget and definitely need to change that! So I'd say on average just one cup of tea, however I'm not opposed to having more! I have it with milk and two sugars.  2) Favourite part of a Roast dinner? Yorkshire puddings or if we have them then pigs in blankets - but we usually only have that around Christmas! 3) Go to dunking biscuit? Now I only like to dunk occasionally as it is so disappointing when you...
